The Guest Services Associate is based at the front desk reception. Serve the passengers with consistently excellent service and prompt service recovery while maintaining financial accuracy.
Understanding of the foundation of customer service; ability and willingness to deliver outstanding service to our passengers and leading others in the same.
Strong communicator with outstanding social skills and a warm, friendly, and caring personality.
Ability to establish and maintain courteous and professional working relationships in a diverse cultural environment.
Commitment to continuously display and deliver genuine care to our passengers and crew.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 1 years work experience working in a hotel reception with cash handling experience is mandatory before applying for this role.
  • Good English Language skills required.
  • 6 Month contracts. 7 days a week. 8-10 hour days.
